Wikiversité:Babel

Babel is a long-standing Wikimedia tradition for dealing with Multilingualism on Wikimedia projects, the newest of which is Wikiversity. The metaphor relates to the Biblical Tower of Babel (Genesis Ch. 11) and is universally associated with the confusion of Human language.

Multilingualism at Wikiversity

Wikiversity currently exists in four languages:

• English
• German
• Spanish
• French

There are also efforts underway at Beta Wikiversity to develop many other language versions of Wikiversity.
