:There's no defined criteria, but after looking at a few pages, it's relatively easy to see whether there are any "educational objectives or discussion in history" that may be salvaged and merged with other pages, or if there's nothing but an empty template and links to courses already identified by title and/or category. I intend to review Thierry613's proposed deletions, as should anyone else interested. But so far I see careful deliberation and good work. :No, merging history merges the history only. Content is behind the history links, but not merged into the current content. I often find it easier to merge the content first, then merge history, then restore the content (edit a history link and save). The main point behind merging history is to maintain the BY part of CC-BY-SA licensing. ::The consensus is that either one is accepted. If both exist, one needs to redirect to the other. I personally prefer Title Case. I tried Sentence case and received negative feedback from colleagues. I've also seen Sentence case confuse students who are required to use Wikiversity for their assignments. It seems their teachers expect Title Case. If they weren't, the easiest approach is to move the top-level page back, then move the top-level page and subpages over to Portal:. ::::The deletes I've observed all seem to be valid. The issue came up on move with delete, where two pages of Euclidean geometry were deleted in the move. One had content, and one was a redirect to existing content. Just be careful in your moves that you aren't deleting existing content. Those should be merged instead.
